If You Missed the Sports Physical

If you couldn't make it, there are alternatives.

All STUDENT/Athletes need a sports physical to get cleared on AthleticClearance.com. Students who are not cleared may not participate on August 1st.

IMPORTANT - All students must use the following PHYSICALS FORM when they get their physical. It must be submitted to me or uploaded to the clearance site after each STUDENT/Athlete has seen by a physician.

MD Today in the New Vons shopping center offers sports physicals for $40 without an appointment. You can walk in any time.

Just remember, no matter who you get your physical with, you must have the PHYSICALS FORM completed.
