OUR MISSION & PURPOSE
Over the last six years the Scripps Ranch High School football program has been transformed. As a result, we were CIF STATE CHAMPIONS and our Team GPA reached an all-time high of 3.74. This happened because our mission is clear. Our job is to teach student-athletes how to THRIVE.
We do that by being relentlessly relentless. Our priority is #SCHOOLFIRST. Football is secondary. However, football can teach amazing lessons that when applied to school, sports, and life in general, lead to success. So, we do not compromise on hard work, discipline, commitment, accountability, dealing with adversity, the true meaning of team, and learning how to compete.
SCHOOL FIRST
Our greatest accomplishment in our first five years is our work to prepare student-athletes for life after high school and for some, college with or without football. That effort culminated in a TEAM GPA of 3.74 in the 2021-22 season. We reach our target of 3.60 by prioritizing SCHOOL FIRST with study hall, grade checks, peer tutoring, study groups and real accountability. Learn more about our program here.

Look Like a Team to Play Like a Team
You can't play like a team if you don't look like one. All student-athletes receive shirts, shorts, and sweats which must be worn for all activities.
